Toronto’s Fashion Santa Goes Viral

Yorkdale Centre Santa

Saint Nick has stepped his game up over the years and a crazy stylish Toronto mall Santa Claus is making headlines all over the globe. It’s even inspired a “When Santa start wearing less and going out more,” meme (We kid you not). It’s hilarious.

Pictures of the Yorkdale Shopping Centre’s Santa Claus are popping up everywhere.  He’s rocking hot brands like John Varvatos, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Diesel. CTV Toronto tracked down the hipster Santa and it turns out his name is Paul Mason. Mason’s been modeling for over 30 years and the beard came in the picture two years ago. People are giving him their Christmas lists and snapping selfies with him and Yorkdale Shopping Centre even donates $1 to SickKids Foundation for every selfie with Mason. If you happen to run into Fashionable Saint Nick and you snap that selfie, hashtag it with #YordaleFashionSanta so your selfie can help sick children at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children.

It turns out some women are actually putting him on their Christmas lists. What do you think of fashionable Santa? This is quite the viral social media campaign.
