Riot Fest 2015 is just around the corner for Toronto and this year’s lineup is sure to yield some excitement and shock. The two-day festival running September 19-20 will be held at Downsview Park with headliners Alexisonfire, Wu-Tang Clan and Weezer just to name a few.
Festival goers will be able to experience classic Canadian punk band Alexisonfire—reuniting for the occasion—while enjoying some 90s nostalgia with Weezer and doing some serious arm-waving to Tyler, The Creator’s lyrical raps.
The punk festival has morphed into somewhat of an eclectic collection of talent over the years, straying a bit from its punk roots. However, with a lineup as loaded as this one, we’re not complaining!
Toronto can’t wait to get ready for fall with the coolest festival of the year (with recent temperatures to match). Don’t miss out on some memorable head banging to the artists you’ve been waiting all year to see!
Tickets and passes can be bought here.
