We can’t believe how time is flying and movie season thus far has been pretty hit or miss. There’s no way of knowing what movie will be a big hit or bust. Valerian was supposed to be a hit and totally missed the mark and no one saw the success of Girls Trip happening. We rounded up some can’t miss movies for fall 2017 and fingers crossed they’re as great as their trailers.
The Dark Tower | August 2017
The Dark Tower stars Idris Elba and he’s a firm believer in quality not quantity when it comes to roles. Follow his character Roland as he’s locked in an eternal battle with Matt McConaughey to stop him from toppling the Dark Tower.
Kidnap | August 2017
How long would Taken have been if it was the mom who was doing anything to rescue her son? This is exactly what Kidnap reminds us of when we watch the trailer. The movie stars Halle Berry on a mission to save her kid from his abductors.

Detroit | August 2017
Five fast action days during Detroit’s historic 1960’s riots changes the life of the characters forever. Detroit stars John Boyega and Jacob Lattimore.
Justice League | November 2017
DC has a lot riding on this film after the reception of Batman vs Superman and Suicide Squad. Everyone has high hopes that the entire squad of superheroes can breathe some life into the franchise. Together Batman and Wonder Woman get a team together to fight a new threat to mankind.
A Bad Mom’s Christmas | December 2017
To say the Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell driven Bad Moms was a hit would be an understatement. The Bad Moms are back and this time their mothers are in town for the holidays.
Daddy’s Home 2 | November 2017
Will Ferell and Mark Wahlberg are comedic gold. They play dads who are trying to out-dad each other for kids’ affection in the first movie. This go around the granddad’s are in town and that messes up the dynamic of things just a teeny bit.
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle | December 2017
What could possibly make the original Jumanji better? How about putting a Breakfast Club (ish) twist on the original and lining up an incredible cast? This remake stars Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as kids who get stuck in a video game they’ve never heard of while serving their time in detention.
This isn’t all the movies this fall but these are our must see movies! Jumanji is there at the top no doubt. What movie are you excited to see this fall?
