June 4th round two of the Summerdaze series stars Japanese fusion artist HITO. At 4:00pm Sunnyside Pavilion and Concert Park transforms into a Japanese oasis with a garden and mostly everyone rocking Japanese attire. HITO will not only feel welcomed but there will be quite the energy at Sunnyside. You’ll be transformed from Toronto to Japan really quickly.
HITO is pretty legendary in Japan and beyond when it comes to all things techno and you know you’re good when you have peeps like Richie Hawtin in your corner. HITO is old school preferring vinyl over today’s technology and she represents her heritage by rocking traditional Japanese garments. HITO has performed in Ibiza and other underground clubs in the capital of Germany such as Suicide Circus or Fiese Remise.
There’s no doubt about that this concert will be a one of a kind experience. HITO manages to entice audiences by bringing Japan with her wherever she goes. Toronto locals Jonathan Coe, Zenta, LeeLee Mish and others will be joining HITO. There’s even a surprise guest that they’re so excited about that you’ll have to be there to see it for yourself. To get your tickets click here as we imagine they will sell quickly. Summerdaze never fails its audience with unique musical experiences.
