From September 25th to September 27th the Metro Toronto Convention Center will be jam packed with men from all walks of life. Think of it as a 10,000 square foot man cave because all things men’s music, fashion, tech, sports, grooming, food, gaming, DIY, grooming and more will be under one roof. On the website The Gentlemen’s expo aims to make you more interesting by the end of the weekend. You can buy stuff, listen to music and even have beer tasting. There’s some awesomeness going on this weekend that you’re not going to want to miss.
Tickets are available here and they start at just $25. That’s a nice price for the opportunity to spot a celebrity or seven. Just in case you needed more reasons to check out the Gentlemen’s expo here are few highlights from the weekend.
The Cooking Stage
Learn the basics of grilling and marinating and impress everyone at the next cookout. The food demos are hosted by some of the top chefs and mixologists in Toronto. The Gentlemen’s Casino
Put all your chips on the table and play a few casino games! You can even enter to win an epic trip to Vegas.
New Era Autograph Sessions
You can buy some New Era gear and get it autographed by your favorite celebrities like pitcher Marcus Stroman and then you can go home and brag about it to all your friends.
Archery Tag & Whatever This Thing Is
You read right! There will be a game of archery tag. Of course the arrows will have foam on them and it looks all types of awesome! The only thing better than paint balling and laser tag is archery tag! There’s also a 30 foot Bag Jump because why not? Climb up and jump down onto a big inflatable pillow. Go hard or go home right?
The Main Stage
The highlight of the entire weekend would have to be the impressive Main Stage features. Friday the alt-rock Luke Austin band will be performing at 8:15pm. The band has been compared to the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Kings of Leon, and The Killers. They have sold out shows and a fan base that knows every single lyric to their hit single “Long Road Home” and they don’t even have an album out yet!
Saturday it’s all about DMC. One third of the legendary Run DMC. At 7:30pm he’ll be giving an interview on the Main Stage and at 8:30pm he’ll be performing all the famous hits.
