This coming Thursday, July 3rd, don’t miss your chance to see both Goo Goo Dolls and Daughtry live at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre.
These two bands both share an incredible alternative rock sound making them an ideal match that’s sure to lead to an amazing concert.
The Goo Goo Dolls started in ‘86 just across the boarder in Buffalo, New York and have since had 14 chart toping hits and have sold more than 10 million albums across the globe.
The band is best known for their 1998 hit Iris that was an instant chart topper and can still be heard on almost easy rock station over 18 years later.
With their knack for producing instant classics, it is no wonder Goo Goo Dolls have recorded eight successful studio records and have been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Daughtry started much later, 20 years after the Goo Goo Dolls in 2006 but their post-grunge rock music have lead them to two albums that have made it to the number one spot on the charts. The band was able to find instant success with lead signer Chris Daughtry being a finalist on American Idol. The band has since released four studio albums and toured or opened for bands like Bon Jovi, Nickelback and Finger Eleven.
Don’t miss the show that is set to start at 6:45pm, with special guest Plain White T’s. Tickets are available on ticketmaster.ca.
