Come sing karaoke for a cause, at the Gladstone Hotel on August 22. Raise Your Voice will be taking place between 6 pm and midnight, a fundraiser for VOICE for Hearing Impaired Children. Tickets are $40, and include admission, entertainment, and snacks. During the event, donations can be made ($5 recommended) to sing a song and show off your talent. You can even make a donation to challenge others to sing. But be prepared, because if they beat or match your donation, they can challenge you to sing instead. Besides karaoke, the event will include a silent auction for many prizes, such as a digital camera and a karaoke machine.
