Living On The Most Expensive Mansion In Toronto
Ever wondered how it feels to be a “senior” or “senorita”. Before you can have that feeling you must first have a mansion but not just a simple mansion. Why not live in the most expensive house that we can find here in Toronto.
As of January 6, 2011, the most expensive house in Toronto costs only $26,800,000 CAD (or $26.98 million USD). This house sits at 9 High Point Road in Toronto. Though there is a piece of land in Vancouver that is priced at $30 million, for houses this is the most expensive all over Canada (you see, not only here in Toronto). Wow, that is one, big, grand, expensive house (oops, mansion). Now let’s try to tour this house and let’s imagine that we live in here.

If you’re planning to walk to your door from the gate then be prepared as this will be a good exercise for you. Upon entering the house you would easily confuse this as a mall lobby or a hotel. The lobby of the house is so wide that you can do basketball here (maybe not the full court) and if you’re thinking that since this is a modern mansion then it would be filled with all modern furniture well not really. The class of this mansion is further enhanced by the mini garden and trees that grows inside the house. Yes, trees and surely it would be good for your health. The spiral case would carry you to the other levels of the house. There is a spiral case standing in a mini lagoon and another elegant spiral case inside the house.
The bedrooms are fully furnished, complete with flat screen TV and home entertainment plus a mini living room. You might think, “Whoa! This is bigger than my apartment.” The room would surely relax you with these amenities.

After a hard day’s work it surely feels good to lie in a tub filled with hot water. All rooms come with their own bathtub, shower room and toilet room. For those who want to sit down, relax and enjoy a relaxing music then you can hear a live piano performance in the piano room. If you love watching movie, then you can watch not just on an ordinary TV but on a theatre room, complete with surround sound. An indoor swimming pool would complete your relaxing experience. Swimming is not the only sports that you can do in this mansion. If you are friends with Ana Ivanovic and Maria Sharapova, then you can spend your free time playing tennis with them.
Tennis is not your type? Then you might want to try bowling (yes, they have!). After all the play, they we must also do some research and don’t worry, no need to go to the public library downtown because you will have your very own.
