LEGO Fan Expo – Toronto
LEGO has become one of the most exciting building games to play. It has been continuously well-liked by people ranging from kids to adult. For people within Canada, another family day was successful letting the kids became part of the latest event in Toronto- the LEGO Fan Expo (Brickfête 2013). Those who are in wheelchair are welcome to witness the event, but strollers are not allowed since Lego bricks are threats for infants to choke. This event is not LEGO sponsored. It was organized and administered by a number of adult fans and hobbyists of Lego who identify themselves as “AFOLs.” People were astonished on the display these people had made.
This event just happened this past weekend, last July 13 and 14, 2013 which was started from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. Everyone had a great fun in the assembly hall and the $10 admission for adults and $5 for the kids was really satisfying! The crowd joined the event were hundreds of fans of LEGO ensured to line up simply to get hold of a piece of the BrickFete action. The enthusiasts of colorful countless bricks were loaded up for everyone to enjoy. Children as well as adults got the opportunity to show their creativeness at building Lego.
What made the LEGO Fan Expo – Toronto event much enjoyable?

Toronto where the event was held, there were LEGO creations constructed by hobbyists came from across Canada, Australia, Europe, and United States of America. The building of bricks actually covered 14,000 square feet. A number of Lego enthusiasts get together to showcase their extensive series of creations in different forms from the toy bricks.
There were city layouts, robots, powered train stations, historical buildings and castles, cars and planes, spaceships and sci-fi creation, Steampunk, pirates and Vikings and so many more. In addition, there were Sculptures and Mosaic too. All of the incredible shapes were made by innumerable bricks of LEGO. Meeting the expert builders can be the visitor’s chance to get some advice from the experts or look into vendors promoting items that are related to Lego such as mini-figures and the traditional pieces.
Chris Magno and Janey Gunning are the one who founded such vigorous Toronto event, which is now in its 3rd year. Magno works at Bell said that he has been building Lego in different shapes for over twenty years. He also said that LEGO is a grand means of building prototypes and it is even better to give a free rein to one’s imagination.
