The Ultra Music Festival will Bring Electronic Music in South Korea

This year, the Ultra Music Festival is ready to bring music hits as some of the top DJs in the world will twist the disc to set free electronic beats for Koreans! UMF takes a good time on their world tour domination. Gongam Rock – Elephant Rock

Address: Buk-myeon, Ulleung-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do

On the Ulleunglo Island there are 3 scenic landscapes: Gwaneumssanggul, Samseonam Rocks, and the Gongam Rock. The Gumeong rock also known as (Hole Rock) because of its 10cm hole in its trunk. It possesses a unique elephant-shape with its trunk immersed in the water. The rock’s surface looks like a mountain because of its columnar jointing (Jusangjeolli) phenomenon.

Hallasan National Park

Address: Haean-dong, Jeju-si, Jeju-do

The mountain of Hallasan is recommendable for hiking during daytime. There is a well-developed hiking trail in the mountain to follow, but there is also a strict rule that doesn’t allow anyone to hike when sunset comes. It is well-known for its upright ecosystem of foliage that results in changeable temperatures by the slope of the mountainside. There are 1,800 different species of plants plus the 4,000 animal species and 3,300 species have been identified insects.

This bridge has 387 meters in length and 3.6 meters in width. It is the longest pedestrian bridge in Korea that is made of wood. The bridge center area is Woryeongjeong Pavilion. This bridge harbors a sad but a very beautiful legend as regards to a wife who created a pair of hemp shoes (Mituri) made of her hair in her earnest desire and as sympathy for her late husband. This bridge was inspired by the shape of a Mituri In commemoration of the woman’s pure and gracious love for her husband.

Hupo Beach

Address: Samnyul1-RI, Hupo-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do

This is a 250 meter long beach to be found right at Hupohang Port. Here you will find a blend of indigo-blue waters in addition to an extensive sandy beach of East Sea. Create an unforgettable experience here and feel the cool sensation of South Korea.
