Motionball helps us realize that sometimes we take more than a few things for granted. They’re shedding light on The Special Olympics movement one social event at time. No one said fundraisers had to be boring so they’re putting the fun back in fundraiser! They organize three events every year in Toronto and this year’s Gala is on the horizon. If you miss it on February 2nd don’t fret because this year there’s also the Marathon of Sport and Fall Classic Gold Tournament.
The Gala takes place at the Liberty Grande on February 2nd and it includes complementary drinks and live music until 2am! There are seven musical acts, a silent auction, and even a raffle to win some Air Canada flights. What better way to raise money for The Special Olympics than celebrating the 2 percent of Canadians that are intellectually disabled? Grab your gala tickets here and to learn more about Motionball and their non-profit initiatives check out their official site.
Motionball is in this celebration to win it as all their proceeds go directly to The Special Olympics Canada to raise awareness about The Special Olympics and to recruit volunteers.
