It’s hard to believe that it’s been five years since Electric Island started! Since its first party on the Toronto Islands they’ve hosted great music, and amazing people. It’s no shocker that the concert/picnic series is getting bigger adding a second stage for double the Electric Island Experience. The five-part concert series begins on Monday, May 22 (Victoria Day) at Woodbine Park. July 1st the party continues with a celebration of Canada Day, August 7th Civic Holiday and to wrap up the series it goes out with a bang with back to back shows on September 3rd and 4th.
The lineup hasn’t dropped but peeps like Marcel Dettmann, Guy Gerber, Jamie Jones, and Dj Tennis have graced the stage and we know the lineup is going to be incredible being that they have a second stage for 2017! A little (well a lot of rain) won’t stop this party! Usually Electric Island is thrown on the beautiful Toronto Island but it seems with all this rain Mother Nature has other plans. Monday May 22nd Electric Island will kick off at a much drier Woodbine Park. Don’t fret if you already have tickets you’re good!
Don’t miss out on a great deal because for $169 you can get an early bird season pass to all the concert shenanigans! Stay tuned to Love This City TV for all things Electric Island because you don’t want to miss the electrifying crowd!
