Now the reason for this article is to share with my recent Experience with an Organization dear to my Heart.
AIESEC in National Congress Montreal 2017

What is AIESEC ?
AIESEC is an international youth-run Organization , A-political , exists in more than 150 countries and 100 of thousands members worldwide . The organization focuses on Developping leadership , complete the human potential and having positive impact on Society
The organization offer a plateform where youth have the opportunity to learn , lead and have a real life experience in the real world with their International Exchange program
But , each AIESEC’er has his own definition about the Organization , for me , it helped me develop my entrepreneurial spirit , identify my leadership style, improve my communication and interpersonal skills and create worldclass International Network . For others it may mean something totally different .
Luckily I had to chance to ask some of the leaders about their definition of the Organization and this is what they expressed :

Every year, AIESEC Canada organizes and delivers several national and international conferences, providing members with the opportunity to acquire valuable personal and professional skills and to elect a new leadership of the Organization for next year
I had the privilege to attend the last day of the conference and this was the schedule

In this section , we’ll cover the most important parts of the day

1-RollCalls . In the morning plenary. Each Local committee introduce itself by a dance .

2-The simulation :

Members will put into teams in order to compete among each others . The purpose of this session is to allow newbies to gain hands down experience on how to run Sales meetings , Cold calling and effective communication and how to run Local Committees

Now , let’s talk about
the Banquet

The banquet is when the whole organization recognize the top achievers in the past year .
The recognition is based on Top Performance for teams and individuals .

Conclusion
It was a pleasure reconnecting with AIESEC Canada and I have to say this , It’s an organization worthy of more attention . Especially that it’s an organization talked about by Justin Trudeau himself
