October is full of spooks, ghouls and scary cool concerts. Everyone from Adele to Rae Sremmurd is coming to town and as usual, we’ve rounded up our favorite six concerts set to sell pretty fast.
Adele | October 3rd – Air Canada Centre (Tickets)
When one buys tickets to an Adele concert, you expect nothing less than an unforgettable intimate experience. Adele doesn’t need gimmicks or background dancers for that matter because her voice alone is a powerhouse.
Drake | October 8 – Air Canada Centre (Tickets)
Drake wasn’t lying when he said he was going hard all Summer 16. He’s been taking over the airwaves for quite some time and his “Views” leaves much to be celebrated. Drake went so hard that the album went triple platinum, which is quite the feat in today’s music culture.
Charlie Puth | October 18- The Danforth Music Hall (Tickets)
Charlie started out by posting his music to Youtube and with his talent and persistence the rest was history. He’s topped charts in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, The United States, and the UK. He’s most noted for his “See You Again” hit with Wiz Khalifa.
Rae Sremmurd | October 18 – Sound Academy (Tickets)
Brothers Khalif and Aaquil make up the duo known as Rae Sremmurd. The two solidified their spot in the hip-hop world with their hits “No Type” and “No Flex Zone.” The duo performs with so much energy and every show is quite the experience.
YG | October 21 – The Phoenix Concert Theatre (Tickets)
YG has earned his stripes in the rap game. His debut single dropped in 2009 and he’s been coasting ever since. His music is played in clubs all over. He has hit singles like “Who Do You Love” and “Toot it and Boot it.”
Tegan and Sara | October 28 – Massey Hall (Tickets)
Canadian duo Tegan and Sara worked hard to earn their Grammy nominations and they’ve been around for more than a decade. What sets them apart from other indie artists is the fact that they are both songwriters and instrumentalists. They have eight albums under their belts and are known for intimate concerts.
This isn’t a complete list of the dozens of awesome concerts and it was hard to narrow it down to six. What concert do you have tickets for?
