Calling all lovers of beer, Toronto’s festival of beer is taking place in just a couple of weeks! From July 22nd to July 24th, the festival will take place at Bandshell Park inside of the Exhibition place. With over 333 different brewers from around the world, prepare to have designated drivers! TFOB is presented by the beer store, and this is definitely the place to sample any favourite beer you can think of or try new ones. Each day has different events, entertainment, and food to sample from. Sweden is chosen country that will be specially featured at this year’s festival. For any of the three days you have the chance to “Sample Sweden,” six Swedish breweries will be featured alongside 28 different brands of beer.
On Friday July 22nd you can look forward to legendary hip hop group, House of Pain who will be performing there and getting the crowd going. They’re most well-known for their party anthem song “Jump Around,” the performance by House of Pain is represented by 93.5 The Move.
Saturday July 23rd has a different headliner for entertainment to check out. Big Sugar reggae style will be there and provide music that creates the perfect summer vibe to be jamming to. The beer festival will also have numerous kinds of foods to choose and sample from alongside your drink. The clubhouse la grille tent will feature a number of different chefs each day and food trucks and tents will be there providing delicious dishes.
The last day of Toronto’s festival of beer takes place on the 24th. On this day, a band called the Temperance Movement from the UK will be headlining as entertainment. They’re a five member British blues rock band and checking them out will definitely be an awesome way to end a this epic three day event.
