The restaurants Canada show is a three day event taking place February 28th, 29th, and March 1st. The event will be showcasing true hospitality in the culinary world, featuring 12 000 foodservice and hospitality professionals. The show will be packed with a variety of different themed pavilions, food tasting exhibits, guest appearances, and much more.

Yesterday’s media preview for the Restaurants Canada Show was quite the exhilarating and unique experience. Over 25 show exhibitors attended the preview and there was plenty to see and taste. The media preview showcased cocktail experts and culinary masters, it’s safe to say there was plenty to try at this event. One of the exhibitors at the preview yesterday was the “Wild Hibiscus Flower Company,” they were making alcohol free cocktails with real edible hibiscus flowers. Second year students from Humber College also attended as exhibitors at the show preview, they prepared a delicious sampling dish with ingredients like pork belly, truffles, and Portobello mushroom. Overall, the atmosphere, delicious aromas, and friendly exhibitors at the preview of the Restaurant Canada Show really set the tone for what the three-day event has in store.
If you are in the hospitality business, this is definitely the event to come check out at the end of February. It’s a chance to connect with other top food industry leaders and companies and network with others. During the three day event there will be tons of new and interactive things to see and do.
