Budweiser Local Hackathon Tackles Road Safety

Join Budweiser as they challenge local hackers to tackle the impossible complex road safety problem. This effort raises awareness about road safety in a global way by challenging hackers to a hackathon where they’ll be teamed up with experienced entrepreneurs to develop an innovative solution to road safety and designated driving.  Starting January 31st, BrainStation Headquarters in Toronto, Canada will be jam packed with eager technology enthusiasts from all over Canada. The three-day event takes place in Toronto and hackers will be put on teams to help find prevent drinking and driving accidents. First prize wins $5,000 to share upon the team, $25,000 to help make their idea a reality and six weeks of mentorship and idea refinement.
