Since opening its doors in 2011, Maison Mercer quickly became one of Toronto’s most favored nightclubs and is only getting better. The look, the feel, the atmosphere created with the electronic music, surrounds you and just makes you wanna party. You float through the crowd of well dressed, attractive people hoping to find mister or miss’s right, maybe long term, or maybe just for that one night. All these elements make for a perfectly assembled nightclub, However, it’s the fact that this has been home to a copious amount of the worlds best DJs that make this venue unique.

Maison is owned by Capture Group, an entertainment company that runs a number of renowned venues, restaurants, spas, and event management companies in Toronto. Capture Group, along with its other Toronto partners, are also behind the 10 day BPM festival, a global gathering of over 500 DJs, producers and approximately 60,000 electronic music fans that takes place in Mexico every January. The crossover of this annual event is apparent, Maison Mercer has become THE place in this city to take in some of the most highly acclaimed DJs in the world.

This year, Maison is not holding back. They are going full throttle with their line up of guest DJ’s, as seen with the recent appearance of Luciano who played a sold out show. Next up, Chus + Ceballos w/ Stereo Productions will land in Toronto’s most dynamic venue on March 13th, then on April 2nd, Nic Fanculli will be making his first stop of his world tour at yes, no other than… Maison. Those who yearn for great house and techno music should stay connected to Maison’s social feeds/channels as their announcements just keep coming, and their timeline is becoming a who’s who list of the best in the industry.

Lastly, here is some food for thought – for special events, buy your tickets early, or get your ass on a guest list. Put it this way, when you’re the most spoken about nightclub in the heart of the city, that has become a platform for DJs from all over the world, you’re going to need to put some effort into getting a piece of this.

Located at 15 Mercer St, this 12,000 square feet venue, offers booths, bottle service and bars at every corner. It has a fantastic upstairs patio with a sophisticated, upscale feel. Maison Mercer also holds private events during “off club hours” that can hosts events as small as 250 people to as large as 1400.
