There are countless events every night downtown Toronto. Some are better known than others, but there are never-ending options for a night out with your friends. A word describing an event that does stand out however is ‘NEW’. When a new event is launched at a popular venue, the line-up is out the door with avid partygoers craving something fresh to experience and talk about. The launch of Thirsty Thursdays at Tattoo Rock Parlour on 567 Queen Street West will be a perfect example of Torontonians flocking to a brand spanking new party.
For those of you that are unfamiliar with the venue, Tattoo Rock Parlour is known as the best rock bar in Toronto. It is unique atmosphere combines edgy rocker with the hip vibes of Queen Street West. The venue has two floors for twice the jams, as well as a functioning tattoo parlour. It is known to draw a very hip crowd to its parties with various types of music to rock out to.
Thursday, August 29th marks the very first Thirsty Thursdays event, which will happen on a weekly basis. Like all epic parties, this one will be serving drink specials: $2.50 drinks before midnight and $4 beers all night long. For those looking for the ultimate night out with friends, they offer bottle service for $100. Entry is free on guest-list before 11:30PM, and only $5 cover after. You can expect to party hard to the sounds of Scotty Scratch who will be throwing down house, top 40, mash ups and party anthems; the perfect musical elements for a night of dancing and drinking downtown. Doors open at 10PM, but make sure to arrive early to avoid the long line of new-event-craving-partygoers!
