Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest in Jamaica

Tmrw.Tday Festival is a only a couple of weeks away!

The festival will take place in Negril, Jamaica from May 17-23rd and is set to be an exclusive and soul-enriching experience. Tmrw.Tday combines the very best in wellness, fitness, conscious music, food, and natural healing for all to enjoy. Some of the amazing events taking place during this week long festival include, sunrise & sunset yoga sessions, guided meditations, fitness classes, and seminars with conscious lifestyle speakers.

Three main ambassadors who will be at Tmrw.Tday festival include:

  • David Wolfe

David Wolfe is an international health and wellness ambassador. He’s well known for being a spokesman for the nutri-bullet, promoting nutrition, alternative medicine, and embracing raw food and all it has to offer. Wolfe is an activist for positive change and health, he has appeared in numerous documentaries such as, Hungry for Change, Food Matters, and Discover the Gift. Wolfe has this to say about Tmrw.Tday festival, “I love Tmrw.Tday’s focus on health, wellness and yoga, and the arts, and this style of cultural immersion is a fresh way to elevate the lives of attendees. I love Jamaica, and am excited to return after 16 years. I am also excited to partake in Jamaican food, roots and herbs.”

  • Stacy Chang-Christoforou

Stacy Chang-Christoforou is a conscious lifestyle coach, yoga teacher, and meditation guide. She’s Chinese-Jamaican in her roots which led to the inspiration for Irie Soul. She believes that Irie Soul is a way of being, seeing, and experiencing life. She believes we can achieve this by having an awareness of who we really are through our thoughts, self-love, and nourishment. Stacy pushes her students to go beyond their limits and step out of their comfort zones and into an extraordinary life. Stacy says, “through practicing self-awareness and mindfulness, I want to empower you in leading a more enriched and conscious life.”

  • Gillian B

Gillian B is a nutritionist, yoga enthusiast, and a lifestyle/holistic writer from Toronto. Gillian makes it her mission to inspire others by promoting self-love and an overall healthy and enriched mind, body, and soul. She encourages others to take responsibility and action for creating the best lives possible. Her experience in practicing yoga has altered her life and she now teaches what she has learned to others. Her work has been featured in influential outlets such as, CityLine, DavidWolfe.com, BodyRock, and more!

 

Jamaica isn’t just known for its incredible beaches, culture, and lifestyle..the country is also known for its food! Tday.Tmrw Festival will showcase the best in sustainable agriculture and organic eats in combination with the signature Caribbean flavour. -Negril is located in western Jamaica and is known to have some of the islands best beaches. Know to many tourists as the “7-Mile Beach,” Negril’s sandy shores are home to shallow bays with calm and turquoise water.

 

The Culture Fest will also have a wide range of musical performances from a variety of artists. The sounds are reggae influenced, organic, chill, and conscious.
