The show provided a fantastic networking opportunity with over 1000 exhibits of products and services to check out.
If you didn’t get to see the recap of media day before the event happened here’s a short clip to check out:
Walking around the show I was personally taken back at just how many things I was able to learn from all the different exhibitors, vendors, and speakers. For people like me (non-hospitality industry experts) the show makes it really easy to see why people love what they do so much, each exhibit had their own uniqueness and passion shine through. I was also amazed at the wide variety of food to sample, from freshly cooked mussels in a wine reduction sauce, to authentic empanadas, excquisite pasteries, and plenty more.
The show floor was split up into a variety of different areas called pavilions, which included:
Shake & sling
Coffee & Tea.
If you’re thinking of exhibiting for next year’s show here are some great reasons why you should:
Connect with a variety of other foodservice companies
Over 14 000 food and hospitality industry experts come to the show..they could be looking for a product or service you have to offer!
Increase brand awareness and promote
See what new innovations are coming out and network with a variety of potential clients and collaborations
Have a whole bunch of fun while doing it!
