It’s hard to believe that we are halfway through 2016 but summer ’16 is in full force. Much like the weather, concert season shows no signs of slowing down. Here are the top six concerts you’re going to want to catch in The Six this July.
1. Weezer & Panic at the Disco | July 6, 2016 – Molson Canadian Amphitheatre (Tickets)
Weezer and Panic at the Disco are great by themselves but together they pull in quite the crowd. Weezer is synonymous with 90s music legends and Panic at the Disco knows how to draw in a crowd and turn concerts into an intimate experience.
2. Lil Jon | July 9 – Cabana Pool Bar (Tickets)
The original King of Crunk is not only coming to town but he’s coming to Cabana Pool Bar. Cool off and get crunk with Lil Jon while sipping on awesome cocktails and experiencing everything Cabana Pool Bar has to often.
3. Steve Angello | July 10 – Cabana Pool Bar (Tickets)
This former Swedish House Mafia member has proven that he can rock and draw crowds like crazy. On July 10 enjoy the sounds of Steve while soaking in some sun at Cabana Pool Bar.
4. 5 Seconds of Summer | July 12 – Molson Canadian Amphiteatre (Tickets)
Chances are if you show up at 5 Seconds of Summer concert you know all the words to all their songs and they count on that. Enjoy the experience live and stand in awe at the fact that they don’t even have to sing because their millions of fans will do it for them.
5. G-Eazy & Logic | July 24 – Molson Canadian Amphiteatre (Tickets)
Gerald also known as G-Eazy is heating up the charts. It seems like he’s collaborating with everyone. That’s why it seemed natural for him and Logic to team up for a tour and they’re bringing YG and Yo Gotti with them.
6. Drake | July 31st – Air Canada Centre (Tickets)
Drake called it. He once spit the bar “If I die bury me a legend,” and he’s well on his way to legendary status. He doesn’t have to prove himself anymore as his numbers speak for himself. He smashes track after track and sells out shows all over the globe and this July he’s bringing his show to where it started.
